At Kyvora, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Shipping Costs

Refunds
