At Kyvora, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
